Each CWS Community offers a variety of pet amenities to fit your wants and needs. Amenities can be found such as amazing pet walking trails, daily pet treats, pet stations strategically placed throughout the community, close proximity to pet parks, and so much more! Only two pets per apartment. A deposit of $500.00 is required for one pet, $250.00 of which is non-refundable, and a deposit of $800.00 is required for two pets, $500.00 of which is non-refundable. Animals used as disability assistance are not considered as pets under this policy. No exotic pets. No aggressive dogs. All city ordinances and breed and weight restrictions apply.
